Rosa is the heart and hands behind Bliss by Rose. Her journey into the world of pastry didn’t begin in a kitchen full of chefs — it began at home during the pandemic, when the world slowed down but her passion started to rise.

What started as a simple weekly ritual of making baklava for her family soon became something much bigger. Every tray brought joy, every bite brought smiles, and the flavours spoke louder than words. Friends were the first to tell her, “Rosa, you can turn this into something people are really looking for.” And they were right.

Inspired, Rosa took the leap and began her pastry chef studies at William Angliss. The first moment she put on her white uniform, her heart filled with happiness and energy — as if she had finally stepped into the place where she truly belonged.

Rosa loves experimenting with flavours, textures, spices, and sweets. Whether it’s delicate pastries or beautifully crafted cakes, she pours her heart and soul into every creation she makes. Her kitchen at home is always warm, always fragrant, and always filled with the sweet and spicy aromas that inspire her.

For Rosa, baking isn’t just a skill — it’s a feeling, a passion, and a way of sharing love. And through Bliss by Rose, she hopes to spread that joy, one beautiful dessert at a time.
